Our artisan Caserecce is infused with the deep, smoky heat of Pimentón de la Vera, the legendary paprika from Spain’s La Vera region. This paprika is crafted by slowly smoking ripe red peppers over oak wood, giving it its unmistakable aroma, vibrant colour, and balanced warmth.

This pasta brings together Italian tradition and Spanish passion — bold, smoky, and versatile. For a standout dish, try it with fresh mussels steamed in white wine, garlic, and parsley.
