A classic of the Italian Cuisine made using only responsibly sourced Spanish cuttlefish black ink. If you are looking for a sophisticated and elegant pasta do not look any further. Ideal to be served with mussels and cherry tomatoes or with a simple white fish ragout. The pasta is bronze die to create a rustic texture ideal for capturing and enhancing sauces. Dried for around 72 hours at a low, natural temperature, mirroring the traditional Italian methods before companies prioritised quantity over quality.
