Turetta Ca’ Bianca is a small family estate nestled in the rolling vulcanic Euganei Hills (Colli Euganei) of Veneto, where olive trees grow on mineral‑rich limestone soils and benefit from a gentle, balanced climate. This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in limited quantities, harvested by hand, and milled within hours to preserve every nuance of flavour and aroma.

This oil is typically pressed from local cultivars, mainly Rasara with some Leccino and Frantoio — varieties known for elegance, freshness, and a naturally harmonious profile. The olives are cold‑extracted at low temperatures, ensuring purity, vibrancy, and exceptional nutritional integrity.

It is beautifully balanced — the kind of oil that elevates a dish without overwhelming it. It has a fresh-cut grass, green almond with a hint of wild herbs aroma. The taste is smooth and fruity at first, opening into notes of artichoke and green tomato with a clean, peppery, and persistent finish.
