Our artisan Conchiglie (shell pasta) is crafted with premium durum wheat semolina using traditional Italian methods. Each shell is bronze-die cut for a rustic texture that holds sauces beautifully, then slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve flavour and ensure the perfect al dente bite.
