Our naturally dried Caserecce is drawn from a bronze die, creating a rustic texture ideal for capturing and enhancing sauces. This variation is a mix of plain caserecce and some flavoured with sun ripened Italian tomatoes or Scottish Cavolo Nero. Dried for around 72 hours at a low, natural temperature, mirroring the traditional Italian methods before companies prioritised quantity over quality. Using premium flours, we maintain the pasta's structure for a delightful al dente bite in every mouthful. It pairs wonderfully with creamy sauces, or a classic Italian pesto.

Organic '00' Flour (soft wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine and nicotinamide) (Gluten)
Green pasta: Scottish Cavolo nero juice
Red pasta: Italian Tomato puree.
